THERMODYNAMIC ENGINEER (m/f) - management and esta blishment of the development department or CHIEF TECHNOLO GY OFFICER (CTO) (m/f)

The company is based at Hong Kong and has subsidiaries in Singapore, Beijing and Germany. Our patented technology helps solving the energy problems of the future. This process is globally the only heat transfer technology not involving a phase change. Since the beginning of 2011 our European HQ is located in the south of Munich.

We want to establish and expand our team and are looking for creative employees who want to give us their active support.

YOUR JOB:

• Introduction of the new process technology in Europe
• R&D
• Identification of the demand shown by the markets in Europe and the sectors in our product development areas
• Development of the sales strategy and the technical market strategy
• Preparation of short- and long-term product development concepts, strategies, roadmaps and guidelines
• Presentation of the product and the process technology to the customer and at trade fairs
• Acquisition and distribution of the product and establishment of customer relationships
• Technical and financial calculations in thermodynamics
• Establishment of the production team in cooperation with the development department

YOUR PROFILE:

• Graduate in mechanical engineering, having focused upon thermodynamics
• International, intercultural experience
• Communicative
• Leadership experience
• Initiative, learning aptitude, analytical skills, result orientation, assertiveness, customer orientation
• Interest in new technologies
• Team player
• Willingness to go on business trips
• Language skills: English: effective operational proficiency (C1); plus another foreign language (Spanish, French, Chinese)
• CAD and/or ProEng, solid works
• Microsoft Office literacy
